Foreclosure seminar
planned for May 13
The city of Maple Heights is holding a free foreclosure seminar May 13 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Maple Heights Regional Library, 5225 Library Lane. The library is off Libby Road between Broadway Avenue and Lee Road.
Participants can take advantage of free counseling from Housing Advocates, Neighborhood Housing Services and Community Housing Solutions. The counselors will be available to answer questions and look over mortgage documents. They also can advise on ARM resets, refinancing and other concerns. This event is open to everyone.
Further assistance is available every second Tuesday of each month at the same location and time.
