Real Living Realty One announces its new organizational structure

Cleveland -- Real Living Realty One announced Jan. 15 the company has re-structured its organization for growth and increased its market share.

"We are adjusting Realty One's structure to better meet the needs of our customers, agents and employees," stated Barbara A. Reynolds, CEO of Real Living Realty One in a release from the company. "We have a long history of identifying and responding to changes in the marketplace. In this challenging environment, we are proactively managing technology-based changes, shifting demographics and a competitive industry."

Previously organized in two districts, dividing 38 neighborhood offices east and west of Interstate 77, Realty One's new structure focuses on nine geographic regions.

The firm anticipates that this new structure will enhance its ability to anticipate and address changing market conditions at the most local level.

"This change will create a bridge between corporate leadership and the neighborhoods we serve, enhancing our decision-making with deep, grass-roots market expertise," Reynolds said. "We have implemented this structure with the goal to dramatically grow these regions in the next few years with offices or satellites that best serve our customers. This will position us for growth and market share."

Seven Regional Vice Presidents named

* Bob Wehn, with Realty One in sales, management and executive leadership since 1987, will now lead the Cuyahoga Southeast region. Offices within that region are Solon, Aurora, Bedford, Brecksville, Northfield Center and Hudson.

* Kevin Collins, with Realty One since 1971 and previously the office manager of the Rocky River office, will lead the Cuyahoga Northwest region. Offices within that region are Rocky River, Crocker Park and Cleveland/Lakewood.

* Denny Hartzell, in sales, management and executive leadership with the firm for 35 years, will lead the Cuyahoga Southwest region. Offices within that region are Strongsville and Southwest Regional located in North Royalton.

* Sheila McDonald, Manager of the Mentor office since 1991 and with Realty One since 1976, will lead the Lake/Geauga region. Offices within that region are Mentor, Ashtabula, Chesterland and Eastlake.

* Marc Hustek, Manager of the Stow/Falls office since 2006 and with Realty One since 2002, will lead the Summit/Stark region. Offices within that region are Uniontown/Green, Akron/Fairlawn and Stow/Cuyahoga Falls offices.

* Jim Fox, with the firm for 14 years, most recently as Manager of the Canton and Wadsworth offices, will lead the Medina/Wayne region. Offices within that region are Medina, Canton, Wooster, Wadsworth and Brunswick.

* Molly Schmittgen, Manager of the Avon Lake office since 1997 and with Realty One since 1976, will take the helm of the Lorain/Erie/Sandusky region. Offices within that region are Amherst, Avon Lake, Catawba, Elyria and Vermilion.
