Kindergarten sign-up planned

Kindergarten registration is being conducted by appointment in the enrollment office of Maple Heights High School, 5500 Clement Drive, Maple Heights. Sign-up is May 5 through May 9. The child must be age 5 by Sept. 30 to enroll. Registration packets are available at the main entrance of the high school and online at MapleSchools.com. Packets must be completed prior to the appointment.

At least three of the following items are required: Proof of residency, which includes voter registration card, municipal income tax return, driver's license, utility bills, pay vouchers, leases and insurance declaration pages. Also required are birth certificate, Social Security card or number, custody papers, complete immunization record, Ohio driver's license or Ohio ID.
