by Emily Canning-Dean Reporter In Ohio District 12, one Democrat and one Republican will run for representative in the November general election. Incumbent Democrat Michael DeBose has filed to run as well as Republican Bryan Glencer, according to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections. The two candidates are running unopposed for election as their party nominees in the March 4 primary. DeBose, of Cleveland, is currently serving his fourth term as District 12 representative. He is a graduate of Cleveland State University. Glencer, of Garfield Heights, is a landscaper. He has never held public office, but said he wants to "promote common sense" in government. District 12 represents parts of Cuyahoga County including Maple Heights. E-mail: ecanning@recordpub.com Phone: 330-688-0088 ext. 3166 Comments
